LADIES, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!

Self-defense isn’t about learning how to fight. It’s about learning how to protect yourself, recognize danger, and have the confidence to respond when it matters most.

We’re excited to welcome Youie Yang, a black belt in Kenpo Karate, to The Lab for a special 2-Part Ladies Self-Defense Series!

As a father of twin girls, self-defense is more than just a passion for Youie. It’s personal. He knows he can’t always be there to protect his daughters, and that inspires him to teach others the skills and confidence to protect themselves.

His goal isn’t to teach you how to fight. It’s to help you make it home safely to the people who love you.
