Thursday | Kickboxing & Upper Body
Punches with purpose. This class combines upper-body strength training with heavy bag work to build knockout power, stronger shoulders, and fight-ready arms.
Friday |Kickboxing & Core
High Energy mix of cardio kickboxing and ab focused exercises to burn fat, build strength and tone your core
