1. Membership & Payments

• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
• All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Notice must be given in writing or via email.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of gym access until the account is brought current.

2. Class Attendance & Reservations

• Members are encouraged to pre-register for classes via our app or website.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted into class after the warm-up has ended.
• No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in fees or restricted booking privileges.

3. Code of Conduct

• Respect your fellow Rats, coaches, and the facility at all times.
• Clean equipment after use and return all gear to its proper place.
• Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership without refund.

4. Health & Safety

• You affirm that you are in good physical condition and capable of participating in our programs.
• If you have any health concerns, injuries, or limitations, inform your coach before class.
• Final Round is not responsible for injuries sustained while participating. Training is at your own risk.

5. Youth Program

• Parents/guardians must sign a waiver for any minor participating.
• Youth must follow all rules and listen to coaches to ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Final Round reserves the right to dismiss a youth participant from the program if behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

6. Liability Waiver

By signing up or participating in any activity at Final Round, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Final Round Kickboxing & Fitness Lab, its staff, coaches, and owners from any claims of injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.

7. Media Release

By entering the facility, you consent to the use of photos or video taken during training for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Changes to Terms

Final Round reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
