Refund Policy

At Final Round: Kickboxing & Fitness Lab, we keep things simple. We don’t offer contract memberships, and we operate on a straightforward pay-as-you-go system. Because of that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We believe in doing right by our Rats. If something comes up and you think you deserve a refund, just talk to us. We’ll look at the situation and make a fair call.

Here’s the Deal:

• If you communicate with us ahead of time and something unexpected happens, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Youth programs, events, and special sessions may have their own refund timelines, which will be shared at the time of sign-up.
• Merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if it’s unused, unworn, and in original condition (tags on, etc.).
